การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการจดจำลักษณะของปากคนจากภาพ กล้อง หรือวีดิโอ สำหรับการนำไปใช้ทางด้านความบันเทิงหรือเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในชีวิตประจำวันเริ่มเป็นที่สนใจในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นที่มาของโครงงานชิ้นนี้ โดยโครงงานชิ้นนี้เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการสร้างโมเดลของปากโดยใช้ Snake algorithm ในการพิจารณาภาพปาก 4 ลักษณะคือ ภาพปากปิด ภาพปากอ้า ภาพปากยิ้มและภาพปากจู๋
ในโครงงานได้ศึกษาค่าพารามิเตอร์ต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อการโมเดลปากจากภาพปากทั้ง 4 ลักษณะของ Snake algorithm ซึ่งประกอบด้วยลักษณะของ Gradient ที่เป็น External energy ในแบบต่าง ๆ การweight น้ำหนักของแต่ละพารามิเตอร์เป็นต้น อันเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นในการจดจำลักษณะของปากเพื่อให้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการควบคุมหรือใช้งานอย่างอื่นต่อไป
The development of recognition characteristics of the mouth from images or videos using for entertainment or the convenience in daily life applications began to be interested in the present, which concerns to project. This project studies the techniques used to create models of the mouth by using Snake algorithm applying for four type’s mouths figures, such as close, open, smile and small mouth.
We have studied various parameters affecting the four types of mouth model though Snake algorithm. It includes descriptions of the different types of gradient external energy, and the weight between parameters. This study is the beginning for the mouth recognition that can be used for controlling in any applications.
