บทคัดย่อ
GIS and Surveillance System Alert เป็นระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากระบบรักษาความ ปลอดภัยเดิมที่ใช้อยู่ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ซึ่งระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ใช้ภายใน มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ในปัจจุบันนี้จะเป็นระบบกล้อง CCTV ซึ่งจะเป็นการส่งภาพวิดีโอที่ได้ บันทึกไว้ผ่านระบบ network โดยสามารถที่จะกลับมาดูภาพย้อนหลังได้ ซึ่งระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้จะ เป็นการเตือนภัย โดยจะเพิ่มการเตือนภัยเข้าไปในระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่มีอยู่เดิม จะทำให้มีศักยภาพในการทำงานของระบบเดิมให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ด้วยการจับภาพเคลื่อนไหว ณ เวลาขณะนั้นและแสดงผลผ่านทางหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ ทำให้ผู้รับผิดชอบได้ทราบถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นและสามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อป้องกันเหตุร้ายที่จะเกิดขึ้น
Abstract
This project presents the Surveillance System Alert of Prince of Songkhla University. The security in university can’t protect dangerous events because we have not surveillance system alert so we will develop the security system by adding alert system. The authority will know the event that occurs by watching the monitor of computer because the result will display on screen. The system starts with Motion Detection then send the situations that occurred to Web Service for recording data. The authority or security staffs can access the data by using Web Application Map. Web Service consists of tree Service. There are EventService, MapService and AlertService. MapService is the part of camera’s position in the university. It will use database for identified the position of events. Web Application will call service from MapService for using data and get the results. EventService is associated with program that running on the internet. When the event occurred, EventService sent CameraID and time to Event Object for keeping that event. After that we ran processes on web browser , displayed in Map form.
