I was born in
Bangkok,
Thailand
in 1968 but I grew up in
Phuket.
I went to my first school, Dhammasupapakdee School, when I was 3 and a half
years old but I stayed there for just a couple of months and cried so
much so that my parents moved me to
Anuban Phuket
School where I stayed from Kindergarten I to II.
My primary school was Plukpanya School.
My secondary school was Satree Phuket
School.
I lived in Phuket for 16 and a half years until I enrolled as a
student in
Prince of Songkla University
in 1985.
In 1995, I got a scholarship to further my study in
the United Kingdom. I
got my master and doctorate degrees in Computer Science from
The University of Manchester,
England,
United Kingdom, in May 1997 and January 2001 consecutively.
My project in my bachelor degree was entitled 'Development of a
computer communication system for Computer Aided Instruction.' My project
supervisor was Asst. Prof. Chatchawan Yonhong.
My Master thesis was entitled 'Application of Distributed Interactive
Simulation Communication Protocols in Spacecraft Simulation Systems.'
My Ph.D. thesis was entitled
'Further
Developments in Civil Distributed Interactive Simulation Systems.'
My thesis supervisor for my master and doctorate degrees was Dr. Richard
N. Zobel.
I had been Head of Department of Computer Engineering at Prince of
Songkla University (PSU) from 1 December 2004 to 30 November 2008.
Currently, I am Head of
PSU Grid

Spiritual Interests
I am interested in the Buddha's Dhamma.
If you are interested in knowing how body and mind relate to each other,
please visit Masaru Emoto 's web site
and see experiments about Water Crystals.
Do you believe in reincarnation? If you are reluctant about it,
books of this doctor,
Brian Weiss, may convince you. However, the most awakening spiritual
books of these days are elaborated by Choegyam Trungpa . They are really
cutting through my heart and probably yours.
